Individuals & Families

Screening

In partnership with Spring Health, ThINC Hub offers a comprehensive screening with neurobehavioral tools which include ADHD, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Suicide, Substance Use.

Many clients prefer not to go through the health system referral pathway or use medication. At ThINC Hub, we do not diagnose, rather we provide a comprehensive treatment plan that includes a brief screening for dominant symptoms in order to target the right treatment intervention.

Our Therapeutic Approach

Gestalt Therapy

Gestalt therapy focuses on your immediate experience, what you're thinking, feeling, and sensing right now. Rather than spending endless sessions analysing your past, we work with what's happening in the present moment. This means you'll develop real-time awareness of your patterns, emotions, and relationships, giving you practical tools to navigate daily challenges with greater clarity and confidence. You'll learn to trust your own instincts and wisdom, develop awareness of how you relate to others, build skills to handle conflict and difficult emotions, and create authentic relationships and communications.

Integrative Person-Centred

We believe you are the expert on your own life. Our role is to provide a supportive environment where you can explore your experiences without judgement. We draw from various therapeutic techniques, always tailoring our approach to what works best for you, your culture, and your unique circumstances. This ensures therapy that adapts to your needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, with respect for your cultural background and values, creating a collaborative partnership rather than an expert-patient dynamic, and integrating different methods based on what helps you most.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS recognises that we all have different "parts" of ourselves, the part that wants to succeed, the part that fears failure, the part that cares for others. By understanding these different aspects of yourself, you can develop better self-compassion and make decisions from a place of clarity rather than internal conflict. This approach leads to reduced self-criticism and internal conflict, better understanding of your motivations and fears, improved decision-making and self-trust, and greater self-compassion and emotional balance.

Working Together

Our collaborative approach means you're not just receiving treatment, you're partnering with us in your healing journey. We work with a network of specialists and maintain connections with leading research institutions, ensuring you have access to comprehensive support that goes beyond traditional therapy boundaries.

Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, our evidence-based, culturally sensitive approach provides the foundation for meaningful, lasting change.
