Clinical Referral

Post diagnosis support is crucial to the journey of supporting children, adults and families with a new and chronic neurohealth diagnosis. ThINC Hub is centred on the pathway to living quality of life and wholeness on this journey, which includes offered support to neurohealth clinics.

This service extends as a mandatory referral path or bridge between the family, child or adult attending a neurohealth clinic to an intermediary support system between the hospital and home. At this bridge, the family, adult and or child have a network for ongoing counselling, understanding of the diagnosis, treatment and relevant intervention.

Additionally, pre-clinic support is highly needed due to long waiting lists for specialised clinical diagnoses. Clinics may partner for interim support to an individual and or family in the cases of long waiting lists and inundated case loads at the clinical or hospital level.

Professional Coaching

Our professional coaching approach is grounded in current research on the drivers of stress and its impact on work performance, team dynamics, and organisational outcomes. We offer an integrated therapy‑and‑coaching model that addresses both the deeper underlying self‑processes and the practical goals that support measurable change. This dual focus enables shorter, more effective coaching timelines with sustainable outcomes in resilience, grounding and overall wellbeing at work and home.

We integrate a behavioural change model (Gestalt Cape Cod Model) at the core to enhance the adaptation and needs within a work environment and for a work-life balance.

Areas of focus include:

  • Self-leadership
  • Career development and transitions
  • AI uncertainty, anxiety, overwhelm and or stress
  • PhD completion support and academic coaching
  • Digital health transformation challenges
  • Integration into new professional environments
  • Leadership development and communication skills
  • Work-life balance and stress management
  • Behavioural health symptoms, including anxiety, sleep disturbance, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and addictive coping

Supervision

Although it is not always a simple journey to find and experience effective supervision - receiving supervision is an ethical part of professional development as a health science student and for any therapist's process.

At ThINC Hub, this service entails engaging with the supervision assessment and process at whichever stage you may be. The importance is focused on the supervisory relationship which is built to bring all aspects of oneself - it echo’s the Gestalt therapeutic process, which is both enhancing to a student who is learning Gestalt mediums and methods, and enlightening to the therapist who can learn and reflect on a new therapeutic perspective.

The outcome is to discover and experience new knowledge and methods, developing the self, and creating your own unique tools for reflection that can be used when building and sustaining your own effective therapeutic process with clients.
